The Birth of CTDF

Esther Olatunji founded CTDF with a vision to empower individuals through transformative education. With a focus on overcoming challenges, CTDF has impacted over 10,000 lives through boundary-breaking initiatives.

Over the last four years, we’ve had the privilege of directly supporting more than 150 youths and reaching countless others online.

This year, as many of our participants graduate, Convene 2025 takes on an even greater purpose—to equip them with advanced skills and the confidence to embrace their next chapter. Together, we can make this happen.
